Engagement terms
- Scope. Every engagement is governed by a signed agreement and a statement of work. Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges; final pricing follows a scoping call.
- Service levels. Response-time commitments, coverage hours and escalation paths are set out in the service agreement, not on this page.
- Intellectual property. Work product built for a client is assigned to that client on payment. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain ours, licensed to the client for use in the deliverable.
- Data protection. A data processing agreement forms part of every engagement that involves access to client systems or personal data.
- Delivery model. Engineering is delivered from both the United States and India. Access controls, device standards and data-residency arrangements are documented before any access is granted.
- Termination. Managed services may be terminated on the notice period stated in the agreement, with a documented transition-out to the client or an incoming provider.
